My First Web Log Entry!

With this entry I have now entered the world of weblogs.



Actually, I had tried to keep a blog on my own website, but never quite found the time to update and post changes. As I began a revision of my website, I did some resarching and was surprised to find how easy and simple the process is here at Blogger (as well as similar web log services). So, I am now a Blogger. I've even begun to copy old "news" posts from my old website to this blog... This explains the posts that are dated earlier than the beginning of this web log.



As a writer, I am going to enjoy coming here and just writing drafts... even if I don't post them. (What a way to jot down notes to the novel that I'm writing!) And, with my growing interest in digital photography, I am pleased to learn that I can add photos here. I am also pleased to learn about Flickr and other photo storage websites that make sharing pictures with blogs and the public so easy.



Come back and read more. I plan to add things at least once a week... Please post comments. And, with my friend's permission, I may also post news that they send to me too.
